1. What happens if my child is referred to Case Management?

If one of your child's referrals includes Case Management, one of our Case Managers will be contacting you and your child to schedule a date and time to do Case Management Intake. This will include goal setting while your child is involved in the Case Management Program.

2. What is the age range of youth that are served at JSACC?

We serve youth ages 12 - 17 years old.

3. If I am a concerned parent/guardian who suspects or knows that my child is involved with alcohol or drugs, can I bring them in for services?

Yes, we do accept self-referrals from parents/guardians. You may contact our office to set up a time to discuss the process and schedule a meeting between a Case Manager and you and your child.

4. If my child has been stealing money or talking back at home or shoplifting, can I bring them in to scare them/teach them a lesson?

We cannot place your child in a cell or keep them overnight to scare them.  We can certainly provide support and case management services to assist youth. 

5. Is it possible for the JSACC Program staff to do a presentation at my organization, school, health fair, chapter house, etc...?

Yes, of course. Please contact the JSACC Program to discuss dates and times you may be interested in scheduling a presentation.
